While Dr Hirani may charge $400 an hour, she spends that entire hour focusing on you, not like a typical 6 minute visit with a normal primary care physician.  Sadly, this means that most alternative therapies are available to those people who are more financially able to afford them.  Sad but true.  There are still a lot of things people can do to help themselves and their children, including a clean diet and simple supplements and these can go a long way to restoring health.

That said, Dr Hirani has been my family doctor for nearly 10 years.  She has always been willing to try new approaches to restoring my son’s health and letting him reach his full physical/mental potential.  This hasn’t been cheap or easy, but money well spent for me. He has improved dramatically, both developmentally and physically and I totally credit her and her willingness to explore any approach that might help him.  She has been my own physician too, treating me with bioidentical hormones and other modalities for my various health concerns.  I find her to be a very caring individual and she also keeps very much on top of new advances in alternative, integrative medicine.

There have been many changes in office personnel through the years, which has at times led to some problems, but the current staff seems capable and address my concerns with refills, supplements, lab requisitions quickly and professionally.  Another reviewer says that they would trust her with their life.  I agree, and have done so.  More importantly, I trust her with my children.  I plan on her being my doctor for a very, very long time.
