Treatment Protocol
Detailed medical history and physical exam.
Blood and Urine testing for Estrogens, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, Growth Hormone, Cortisol and Pregnenalone, and Thyroid; Saliva cortisol.
Note: I treat the patient and not the lab results. Abnormal lab results are only treated when the patient is symptomatic.
Forms of replacements include topical gels, topical creams, oral, and sublingual.
